2. Digital and Virtual Products

Due to the nature of digital and virtual products, all sales are final once access has been granted, the product has been delivered, or the customer has received access to the content.

Digital and virtual products include, but are not limited to:

  • Online courses
  • Membership access
  • Digital workbooks
  • Downloadable PDFs
  • Templates
  • Calculators
  • Digital toolkits
  • Recorded sessions
  • Virtual workshops
  • Webinars
  • Online coaching materials
  • Private client portals or dashboards
  • Any other digital resource delivered electronically

Because these products can be accessed, viewed, downloaded, copied, or used immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for digital or virtual products, except where required by applicable law.


3. Course and Membership Access

Payments made for course access, membership access, or protected learning areas are non-refundable once access has been granted.

This includes situations where:

  • The customer does not complete the course
  • The customer changes their mind
  • The customer no longer wishes to participate
  • The customer does not log in or use the materials
  • The customer purchases the wrong course level or access tier
  • The customer misses live sessions, calls, or scheduled activities
  • The customer fails to follow the course instructions or timelines

Retire Ready HQ provides access, structure, resources, and support based on the product or program purchased. Results depend on each participant’s personal circumstances, level of participation, implementation, and financial situation.


4. Payment Plans

Where a payment plan is offered, the customer is responsible for completing all scheduled payments unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to complete payment plan obligations may result in:

  • Suspension of course access
  • Suspension of membership access
  • Removal from private program areas
  • Loss of access to bonuses, live sessions, or support features
  • Ineligibility for future upgrades, certificates, or completion benefits

Payments already made under a payment plan are non-refundable once access has been granted.


5. Physical Products

From time to time, Retire Ready HQ may offer physical products such as printed workbooks, printed guides, journals, mailed materials, or other tangible resources.

Physical products may be eligible for return only if the item is:

  • Unused
  • Undamaged
  • In good condition
  • Returned within the approved return window
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
  • Approved for return by Retire Ready HQ in writing before being sent back

6. Physical Product Return Window

Return requests for physical products must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the item.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


7. Refund Amount for Approved Physical Returns

For approved physical product returns, Retire Ready HQ may issue a refund of up to 60% of the original product price.

This means that up to 40% of the product price may be retained to cover administrative costs, handling, processing, packaging, preparation, and other related expenses.

Shipping, delivery, courier, bank, processing, or transaction fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.


8. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for any costs associated with returning a physical product, including courier, postage, delivery, or transport costs.

Retire Ready HQ is not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged during return shipping. Customers are encouraged to use a trackable return method where possible.


9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Physical Items

If you receive a physical item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Please include:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Date received
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video showing the condition of the item

Where a physical product is confirmed to be defective, damaged before delivery, materially different from what was ordered, or otherwise subject to a legal remedy, Retire Ready HQ will review the matter and provide the appropriate solution, which may include replacement, correction, store credit, or refund where required.

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove any rights a customer may have under applicable consumer protection laws.


10. Non-Returnable Physical Items

Physical products will not be accepted for return if they are:

  • Used
  • Written in
  • Damaged by the customer
  • Torn, stained, altered, or marked
  • Missing pages or components
  • Returned without approval
  • Returned outside the approved return window
  • Customized, personalized, or specially prepared for the customer
  • Part of a bundle where the digital portion has already been accessed

11. Bundles Containing Digital and Physical Products

Some Retire Ready HQ offers may include both digital and physical components.

Where a bundle includes digital access, course access, downloadable materials, or virtual support, the digital portion of the purchase is non-refundable once access has been granted.

If a physical item within a bundle is approved for return, any refund will be assessed only on the physical product portion of the bundle, not the full bundle price.

The maximum approved refund for eligible physical items remains up to 60% of the physical item value, subject to the conditions in this policy.


12. Services, Consultations, and Coaching Sessions

Fees paid for consultations, coaching sessions, walkthrough sessions, advisory support, live implementation sessions, or private appointments are non-refundable once the session has been booked, delivered, partially delivered, missed, or access has been made available.

Rescheduling may be allowed at the discretion of Retire Ready HQ, provided reasonable notice is given.

Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session.


13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first allowing Retire Ready HQ the opportunity to review the matter may result in suspension of access to digital products, courses, memberships, services, and future purchases while the matter is being investigated.


14. Processing Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or payment platform.

Retire Ready HQ is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. The policy in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that purchase, unless otherwise required by law.
